Island Park!

Island Park is a fisherman’s paradise both in the summer and winter and Island Park Idaho Fishing is some of the best in the country. Enjoy ice fishing in addition to Henry's Lake's typical production of 13 to 24 inch and occasionally 30 inch cutthroat, rainbow and brook trout. You can float with guide services or stream fish, troll with your own boat or float tube. You'll see moose, elk, bear, and even an occasional bison as you fish in the various areas available.

If you enjoy scenery this is the place for you. Mountains, Valleys, rivers teaming with trout, waterfalls, and grassy meadows filled with flowers and wildlife. There are a lot of walking trails at Island Park. There are many horseback rides available which range from 1 to 3 hour tours. Don't forget your camera. There are designated mountain biking trails also.
Island Park Snowmobiling is fantastic! There are hundreds of miles of trails. You can rent snowmobiles or take guided tours. These snowmobile trails give access to mountains rising more than 8,000 feet in elevation. There are over 40 miles of cross country ski trails from Island Park to Harriman State Park. If you do not have you own equipment it is available for you at many locations in Island Park.

Island Park Cabins and Cabin Rentals, is located only 15 to 45 minutes from Yellowstone National Park Lodging and Yellowstones West entrance so you can have the best of both worlds when you choose to stay in Island Park Vacation Rentals or Lodging instead of in Yellowstone Cabins or cabin rentals. Island Park is known for its historical land marks such as Big Springs, Mesa Falls, Johnny Sacks Cabin, Quake Lake, and much more.
